We only sail from Cape Liberty because I have a serious flying phobia and we are 35 minutes away. We are limited but like you its about getting away. We LOVE the ships and we love the cruises from here too. Can't get enough of Coco Cay. Mix it up between Coco Cay, Bermuda and Canada and we love it. We do Canada just about every year now which was a goal of mine.

We only do cash for our on board expenses. We bring money to guest services when we first board and whatever isn't spent we get back at the end of the cruise. We also don't bring a whole lot, everything has been pre booked and paid for.

Wow very cool, thank you. That sounds like a lot of fun. The only issue we are thinking about is we have a 2 year old and 11 year old. Our 11 year old will be in the kids club but that closes at 12 noon I think so what to do at that time? And of course the 2 year old will have to be with us. We'll see if we can think of a way to do this. Thanks again for the info.

Anyone ever do this Avocado Fiesta Guacamole class and lunch at Sabor? Sounds like fun and thinking of booking it. What is the lunch itself? Says special Sabor lunch. Thanks for any info.

What bridges and how high are they that ships have to deal with in Philly? I think its cool. We live 30 minutes from Cape Liberty NJ so its just so convenient so I'm happy for people close to Philly that can now just go there. Not sure Royal will follow with Cape Liberty so close but I guess its possible.

On our Anthem cruise in February I was going to just rely on the app. Thank goodness I thought better. I printed it out and when we got to the cruise terminal Cape Liberty the app. was not working at all. Had to rely on the paper.

I don't eat lobster so I always order and give mine to my wife. No problem but the policy is absolute BS.

I would faint if I saw 17.99, we have 4 cruises booked and the closest in October is the lowest at 19.99. 2 others are 20.99 and one is 21.99. The one furthest out in late September 2025 is the most expensive at 21.99.

It should say it when you login somewhere on the reservation. Near the big reservation number. Hit "more detail" and you should see it there. I see it on mine.

We sail from NJ 2 times a year and we are always sail just about on time. Don't ever remember leaving much late at all. 5:30 you will have no problem at all. You should be just fine.

Really, really like that place based on the website. Thanks for the suggestion. It's a place I guess you just walk into? No reservation needed? We've been to Saint John many, many times. It's become a things that we like to have lunch off the ship in some of the ports. Thanks again!

They really shouldn't issue express boarding without it being up and running at that port. I mean that's pretty ridiculous even for Royal Caribbean. Glad that worked out for you.

Its kinda become our thing to have lunch in ports we stop in, not all but most. In October we will be in Saint John and looking at lunch spots. Kinda have it down to 3 spots but always love advice or suggestions. The 3 we are looking at are Cast and Kettle Irish pub, Britts Eatery and Gahan House but there are so many restaurants its hard to narrow it down. Thanks for any suggestions.
