You can try using this guide if the ship uses the "Edge" Browser but I don't remember how locked down the security is on RCL Computers? You may need to request a crew member to change it. Change language.pdf

Let me see if I have this right and give a couple of answers. 1. As to the VPN, No, Setting up a VPN requires some software installation and Administrative rights to do so on RCL's Laptop. I am pretty sure they won't allow it to be installed. 2. The browser on the laptop can be set up to translate the page you are trying to access from Spanish to English. Each Browser has a different way to do this. My suggestion is to ask the people running the computers to assist you in the Yahoo page translation. If you have done this already, please disregard and we will disavow any knowledge of your actions.
