What about the Singapore home port from October 25 - March 26? Is this unaffected? We are booked on a New Years Cruise on Ovation, and have not heard any news, so hoping this only affects US summer sailings in 2025...

Hello all, I, for the first time, am closing in on Prime in the Casino, so I was curious how it worked with getting the free cruise when you reach 2500 points? Do you organise it on the ship or afterwards? How long do you get to decide which sailing you wish to choose? What kind of fees do you pay? I assume the usual port fees? Can you upgrade from the Inside to another room? And what are the typical costs of doing so? Can you add on 2 children to the booking? What kind of availability do you get? Thanks in advance all!

Barcelona - Anywhere in/around Plaça de Catalunya is the touristy/shopping centre. Citvitavecchia - Hotel De La Ville, beachfront location, near everything inc. train station. Or if you are planning to stay in Rome - anywhere in/around Rome Termini train station to get you around the city easily.

Hello all! Scenario A- I am on a sailing in 6 months, my wife and I will become Diamond by then with my upcoming cruises, however we are sailing with friends for this particular sailing... My wife and I are big drinkers on holiday, however our friends will have a few per day, but no where near enough to make use of a UBP. We will have 4x Vouchers each for drinks. My question is... Can we use these vouchers for cocktails/beers/wine and give them to our friends? Or are voucher drinks for JUST the person who holds them? Scenario B- In a years time, i've booked 2 connecting cabins for our family trip, one adult in each... I am thinking of getting the UBP, and using the Diamond Vouchers for her drinks, 4 from me, and 4 from her... Can we do this? eg. Get 2 drinks at once, one with the UBP, and one with a voucher off the SAME Seapass card? Sorry for coming up with so specific cases/scenarios... I just hate to argue or have confrontation with staff who are obviously told what to/not to do and would hope to know in advance whats acceptable and whats not allowed. Thanks everyone!

Hello all, Apologies if something like this has been posted in the past, I have a look but still unsure… Do children with status get all the benefits such as the 50% off beer/wine? or do they ONLY get the youth benefits? (Even when they have their own points, not piggybacking off the family same points thing). I ask because my son (5 years old) is close to diamond whereas I am lagging behind in Emerald, and he’ll soon be in the level above me, so will have a load of benefits he’s achieved…if he’s allowed to use them… Thanks all.

Conclusion arrived at - Interestingly, kids of any age, as Matt said, can have a connecting cabin, and get the extra points. I have been told in future to check who's in what cabin on the booking, as whoever is on the single cabin at time of final payment will be the one gaining the double C&A points. Annoyingly, our now 4 year old son has more C&A points than me now! Thanks for the help on this one, appreciate the replies.

The airport is connected to the train station. You would be in central London within 1 1/2-2 hours. Then Heathrow is 45-1hr underground away. Would be tight if you used public transport, so definitely car service. 3pm flight and trains would be fine. 12:45, car service for sure.

Thanks for the replies. I did not know it was possible for children to have their own room, the website doesn’t allow this so I’m unsure how this occurred. I will contact the resolutions team and hopefully they can help. The most annoying this is I have 10+ upcoming booking over the next 2 years, so only being Gold, I’ve missed out on $1000 savings in total for the upcoming booking where if I was the next tier up, I would have saved $100 per sailing. Will see what resolutions have to say. Thanks all!

Hello all. This is my first post, long time reader, never posted before but appreciate the information you all provide. I was hopeful anyone could help with a way to resolve my issue, as RC agents are telling me that they can't do anything... Family of 3, 2 connecting rooms, booked as 1 adult, 1 child in room 1, then 1 adult in room 2. I got 7 points, my wife got 7 points, my 2 year old son got the double points, 14, for single occupancy. I keep telling them you cant book a child in a room alone, the system wont allow this, and he was not staying in the room himself, however the phone agents and email agents say that he was booked in the room alone, and as such he, and only he gets the double points. Agents email response: "For Anthem of the Seas 27Mar2022 you did not sail as a single passenger as you sailed with your wife in the same room, 9227. Please find the cruise documents attached for your reference. Therefore, the points allocated for this cruise are correct." I wouldn't care too much if i was Diamond already for example, however i'm currently Gold, sitting on 28, and should have 35 to be Platinum (and get discounts on balcony/suites for new bookings) but cannot get this because my son has been given MY double points. Any suggestions what to do? and how to fight this? Thanks in advance.
