I am confused. I booked a “SKY” Junior Suite on Utopia of the Seas which stated I get all the perks of a full suite with it. However, I just watched this week’s (7/22) Q&A and Matt responded to a question regarding the perks of a Junior Suite and did not mention the distinction in perks between the 2 classes of Junior Suites. I specifically booked the Sky class in order to get the full suite experience. Has something changed?

Crowd Management was awesome everywhere but the pools. Venues AMAZING! Entertainment the absolute best! New elevator system..AWESOME!

In there lies the issue. There is no solarium on Icon and the Hideaway for adults is way to small. Wonder's Solarium is awesome!!

It is all about being respectful and unfortunately that attribute seems to have faded as generations have passed. It is all about me me me. My kids may have thought I was tough on them, but I never once got a complaint about their behavior in public forums.

That's great to say, but it isn't fair to those of us who wish to experience the awesome venues and entertainment that the Icon class offers.

I have sailed on Oasis many times. I have never experienced the issue with kids on those sailings as I did on Icon. I didn't even have an opportunity to get in a pool after paying all that money. Hideaway pool is way way way too small. Give me back the solarium particularly like Wonder's!!!!!!!!!!

I disagree with you. Of all my royal cruises I have never experienced this before.

I totally agree. This may be a one and done for me. They need to consider changing the target audience on their next mega ship or they will have Loyal to Royal people like me heading to different lines. Adults would like to enjoy these beautiful venues also.

I am currently on the Icon and I have to say this is an issue. Pools are constantly being closed and not just the Kiddie pool. In my opinion royal made a mistake changing the boardwalk into a family area. What I observed is that the kids are not hanging out in that area or that pool area. Rather they occupy every other pool that us adults would like to get in. If kids are going to monopolize all the other pools why not just reimagine the boardwalk area for everyone to use.

Correction eclipse in august 2026

I am curious if Royal will be putting together an eclipse cruise in the western Mediterranean for August 2024. I booked one on Cunard to be on the safe side but would rather cruise Royal. When will Royal put out cruises in Europe for the summer of 2026.

I did. However I am curious why Day 5 only has the 2 adult comedy shows available. I wonder if they are waiting to add something else. I am thrilled they added Effectors to the line up. Love that show. Now if they only I could reserve my UDP dining pre-cruise I would be set.
